Okame mask

Noh theater ornamental mask representing Okame, also known as Uzume or Otafuku is considered to be the goddess of joy. This mask has a very positive and auspicious value, "kame" in fact means turtle, a symbol of luck and long life, and "otafuku" literally means "good luck".
The mask is made of ceramic and has been fixed on a wooden base to hang it on the wall with a purple cord.
Measures of the wooden base: 27.2cm x 20.8cm.
