Gyuto Damasco 33 layers 21cm
Gyuto by Sakai Takayuki whose blade is made with 33 layers of damascus steel with a hammered finish and VG-10 steel core. The handle is very elegant and light and is made of Zelkova wood (Japanese elm) with a mahogany bezel. Gyuto can be used for both fish, meat and vegetables. The blade measures 21cm.

Use and maintenance:
- Wash by hand after each use, without the use of harmful detergents and metal sponges that could damage the blade, and dry the knife with a soft cloth.
- Do not cut bones or frozen food as the blade may chip.
- To sharpen the knife use a stone and not a sharpener.
