Kokeshi Shouzan

Kokeshi with an oval shape, made and hand painted by Usaburo Kokeshi, whose name means "sunny mountain". This doll wears a beautiful white kimono decorated with a maple leaf motif.
The wood used for the creation of this kokeshi is Mizuki (Japanese dogwood). This kokeshi stands 16.5cm tall and 8.5cm in diameter. It is accompanied by a small wooden plaque, with his name, signature and stamp of the craftsman who made it. Original packaging is included, stamped and signed by the artist who created the kokeshi.
