Kokeshi, with an oval shape, made and hand painted by the award-winning artist Masae Fujikawa, who won the "Prime Minister" award in 1996 and 2002 and the "Minister of Agriculture, forestry and Fishery" award in 1995 and 1996.
The term Oborotsuki in Japanese means "Veiled Moon". This doll is wrapped in a purple gradient kimono, on which the moon, a flock of flying cranes and clouds with bronze glitter are painted.
The kokeshi is 14cm tall and 9cm in diameter. It is accompanied by a small wooden plaque, with his name, the name and the stamp of the craftsman who made it.
Original packaging is included, stamped and signed by the artist who created the kokeshi.
