Kokeshi made entirely by hand by the artist Yuichi Miyagawa. Her name is Kyo-Bijin which in Japanese means "beauty of Kyoto", with this term they are called the beautiful girls of Kyoto. The kokeshi is made of wood and wears a very elegant kimono in navy blue fabric with a floral pattern and an obi (belt) also in red fabric.
This kokeshi stands 19.5cm tall and 8.5cm in diameter.
Original packaging is included, stamped and signed by the artist who created the kokeshi.
