Tsunehisa is a brand that produces excellent knives at reasonable prices using quality steels. The blade of this Sujihiki is made of VG10 stainless steel, covered with damascus steel with a matelated back (Tsuchime) and Suminagashi finish. The oval-shaped handle is made of rosewood. Sujihiki is a knife suitable for finely slicing meat and fish and for filleting.

Use and maintenance:
