King 1000 Grain Stone

1000 grit stone suitable for general sharpening, made by the Japanese sharpening stone manufacturer Matsunaga, in Osaka.
The King stone includes a non-slip base stand for safer sharpening, preventing the stone from moving. The stone should be placed in water at least 5 minutes before use.
Misure: 185mm × 63mm × 20 mm
The Kings are quite soft and are pleasant to use, the sharpening work is easier, but at the same time being soft they must be ground often because a concavity is formed quickly.
