Kokeshi Sachi No Hana (S)

Kokeshi, made and hand painted by Usaburo Kokeshi. The name Sachi No Hana in Japanese means "happy flower". This kokeshi wears a black kimono with white and red plum blossoms (ume) engraved on it. This kokeshi is made elegant by the wood grain that can be seen both on the body and on the helmet. The wood used for the creation of this kokeshi is Mizuki (Japanese dogwood). The kokeshi is 15cm tall and 7cm in diameter. Original packaging is included, stamped and signed by the artist who created the kokeshi.
