Kokeshi, made and hand painted by the artisan Chie Tamura, stage name of Tamura Noboru, which depicts a young girl wearing a shaded blue kimono on which plum blossoms are engraved. The name Omoide in Japanese means "memories" and the peculiarity of this kokeshi is that the head is not attached to the body, so lifting it the body becomes a secret compartment in which to enclose small objects. The height of this kokeshi is 13cm. Original packaging is included, stamped and signed by the artist who created the kokeshi.
