Pair of kokeshi, made and hand painted by Usaburo Kokeshi. The term Enmanchoju in Japanese means "the most beautiful couple", so these kokeshi, which symbolize the union between a couple, make a great auspicious gift for a long and happy life together.
The wood used for their creation is Mizuki (Japanese dogwood). Both kokeshi stand 11cm tall and 6cm in diameter. These kokeshi are accompanied by a wooden base and a small wooden plate, with their name and the stamp of the craftsman who made them. Original packaging is included, stamped and signed by the artist who created the kokeshi.
