Kengata Gyuto by Sakai Takayuki whose blade is made with 33 layers of damascus steel with a hammered finish and VG-10 steel core. The handle is very elegant and light and is made of Zelkova wood (Japanese elm) with a mahogany bezel. The blade measures 19cm.

Use and maintenance:

- To sharpen the knife use a stone and not a sharpener.
